Use of the term "Session" did not start until 1921 when the first New York State Police School was started. Note, that's it was not just a State Police school, rather a "Police School" as officers from other departments within NY and other states attended. thus. In the 1960's, when there was a large build up to implement the 40 hr week, individual pictures were not taken.
